You have Found the Best Speaker Line

Focal’s composite sandwich “W” cone is made up of a sheet of robust structural foam sandwiched between two layers of precision-coated glass, providing the rigidity needed to create accurate bass notes without distortion. A butyl rubber surround keeps the cone in place, and the sub’s aluminum basket provides rock-solid power and strength. The “M-profile” cone, designed to remove the need for a dust cap, combines lightness, rigidity, and superior damping for extremely precise, “true-to-life” results.

Great Sound Less Size

With a mounting depth of just 4-1/4″, this sub can fit into enclosures as small as 0.35 cubic feet, providing excellent bass sound in a compact box. It can accommodate up to 400 watts RMS and is ideally suited for lightweight enclosed enclosures. Dual 4-ohm voice coils enable you to wire this sub for 2- or 8-ohm impedance, offering you more options when it comes to machine configuration. ‘M’-profile ‘W’ sandwich cone

The new, patented, ‘M’-profile cone is the result of many years of research and our expertise in materials and their geometry. The innovative ‘M’-profile, made from a single piece, means it is incredibly rigid and perfectly combines the three criteria essential for creating an “ideal” speaker driver: rigidity, lightness, and damping.
