About the Cobra RAD 480i
The Cobra RAD 480i radar detector has a stunning black chassis and a stunning white OLED panel. It’s much more than just a pretty face. It also has super-fast optical signal processing for faster warnings. Because of the built-in Bluetooth® networking, Cobra’s iRadar software will notify you of live compliance areas and other accidents on the road near you. Finally, the RAD 480i incorporates Cobra’s cutting-edge technology to reduce false alarms. Allowing you to fly without interruption.
Be Alerted of Radar with Cobra RAD 480i
The RAD 480i protects you with multi-band radar and laser protection. Long-distance security and warning transmission are ensured by super-fast circuitry. Cobra’s LaserEye protects the car from laser weapons from the front and back. You’ll also be safe from VG-2 radar detector-detection systems, and you’ll get warnings when these threats approach.
Cobra RAD 480i OLED Screen
Cobra’s sleek OLED panel easily displays all of the information you need on a clear, easy-to-read white backdrop. You’ll see radar band recognition symbols as well as a numerical power meter. You may set the window to display text in either English or Spanish. You should even dim the display at night to make it easier on the eyes.
Cobra RAD 480i Key Warnings
The RAD 480i also offers audible tone or voice warnings when a signal is detected. You can quiet things temporarily with the convenient mute button, or enter QuietDrive mode for a silent ride. As with the text display, the voice alerts can be programmed for English or Spanish.
