This tiny amp will power your whole system
Does your whole machine need more power, but there is no space? The five-channel Kenwood Excelon X802-5 amplifier provides 50 watts of RMS to each of your front and rear speakers when transmitting up to 500 watts of RMS, yet it still fits nearly anywhere you’re in your car. You can also control a couple of high-level speakers with 150 watts RMS each and a sub with 500 watts in 3-channel mode.
Fine-tuning included with Kenwood Excelon X802-5
You will enhance the sound of your vehicles and speakers with high and low-pass filters. The precise low-pass filter for the subwoofer channel enables you to tailor the sound for your sub, whilst the integrated bass boost lets you dial the correct volume of the thump. An available remote wired control allows you to control your front seat height.
Convenient technology
Class D technology guarantees the coolness and reliable performance of this lightweight amp. In order to achieve an increased overall sound quality, Kenwood split the internal circuitry — analog, digital, and power supply — into individual, nonoverlapping circuit boards. The X802-5 accepts input signals from your aftermarket receiver through RCA cables or via the wiring of your vehicle’s speakers. The amplifier can detect the signal and activate the speaker-level inputs to prevent you from running a separate remote to turn on the receiver or fuse box.
